Off to Penwith, Cornwall

Another day galavanting around Cornwall, this time in Penwith, the part of Cornwall where the traditional Cornish Language was spoken for the longest.

Quaint cobbled buildings and narrow streets, and the sound of seagulls above.

The queue for the main cornish pasty shop was unbelievable, a good indication that they were worth the wait, all freshly baked.

The town of Penwith is full of character and small narrow streets

The biggest cornish pasties I’ve ever seen in my life, bigger than the average hand! I decided to go for the lamb & mint

Tip: carry some plastic forks with you, these are very deeply filled and it can get a bit messy!

Back on the road again…
