Another Welsh must see is the grand and historic Newton House. Today Newton House and grounds are used for TV, exhibitions and weddings as well as offering scenic walks and a museum piece for admiration.
The deer create a dreamy scene from the back of the house and the gardens and farmland seem to stretch for miles. It was truly a pleasure to visit and got me thinking how lovely it must have been to be able to live in such a place, almost like having your own little tranquil world, away from the visible rat race!

Thank you – yes, these were taken with the trusty Nikon Coolpix!! 📷😉 I just need to make sure the lens is always spotless though 🙊

Which model is that? I’ve considered buying a proper camera as the iPhone is ok but quality isn’t great, but it’s a nightmare with all the different makes and models and your photos are very, very good😀

Nikon Coolpik A900 – It’s not a bad substitute for a bulky DSLR!! It has a very good zoom – better than any other compact camera I’ve come across. (I’ll be doing a review on it over the coming weeks). I find taking pictures with my phone (Samsung) can be a bit hit and miss – sometimes a bit grainy or blurry depending on the light ☺️📷

Thanks, I was looking at that one, I’ll await your review with eager anticipation 😀😀

Just rereading this one, what a great place and your photos are great quality, I take it that you are using a camera and not your phone lol 😀
