So I can finally say I’ve been to Land’s End, one of Britain’s most famous coastal landmarks. There is something about the coast that is very therapeutic and calming, no matter where you are in the world.

I love that you thought exactly the same as we did when finally visiting Land’s End: at least we can say we’ve been there! It was June when we visited last year and a lovely day. We (meaning husband and I and one of our daughters who’d wanted to visit Carn Euny for years!) spent some time wandering about and soaking up the views of the cliffs and out to sea. Your photos are excellent – so clear. A lovely post, Cherryl, that took me back to my own visit there.

Good shots – far better than the ones I took on the day we ventured that far down. It was so freezing, we only lasted 1/2 hr 🙂 Beautiful place on a warm day!

Beautiful photos of Cornwall. The tin mine brings back memories of happy holidays with my children. Must definitely go for a holiday soon to this fascinating area.
