Well I didn’t see any teddy bears having picnics or a house belonging to three bears, nor did red riding hood make an appearance. What I did see, was a stunning expanse of majestic trees and lush greenery while enjoying the sound of pure, simple, earthly peace, interrupted only by ย the subtle sounds of nature – birds, waterfalls and the gravel crunching from those of us walking through it.
Rhaeadr Ddu (Black Waterfalls) at Coed Ganllwyd Woods Nature Reserve, Wales UK ย – yet another welsh gem, a wonderful escape into a scenery that conjures up memories of story books and children’s tales – made all the more beautiful by the incredibly good summer weather we’re having in the UK this year!
Hot hot hot!!ย ๐
Tilly travel
I haven’t walked there in years, this post as put it in my mind now.
There are some lovely waterfall walks in the Brecon Beacons too,
